Politique de confidentialité

Effective as of 2026-10-22

This privacy policy applies to the Drawlight: AR Drawing & Trace app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Şafak Doğan Dökme (collectively, the "Application"). Şafak Doğan Dökme is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

What stays on your device

The Application is built so that your pictures never leave your phone:

  • The camera. The camera image is used live, on the device, to show your paper with the picture on top; in AR mode, Apple's ARKit uses it on the device to find the paper and keep the picture in place. It is not recorded, stored or sent anywhere unless you tap the photo or video button, and then the photo or video is saved only on your device (in the Application and, if you allow it, in your photo library). Videos are recorded without sound.
  • Photos you turn into sketches. A photo you pick is converted into a sketch on the device. It is not uploaded.
  • Pictures created with Image Playground. On devices with Apple Intelligence, Apple's Image Playground creates the picture on the device. The Application receives only the finished picture and keeps it on the device.
  • Your album, favorites and progress are stored on the device. Deleting the Application deletes them.
  • Drawing reminders are local notifications scheduled on the device at the time you choose. The reminder time is not sent anywhere.
  • Sharing. If you share a drawing or a video, it goes only where you send it through the iOS share sheet.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:

  • Your device's Internet Protocol address
  • The screens of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those screens
  • Your mobile operating system and its version, your device type (iPhone or iPad) and model, and the Application's version
  • A randomly generated identifier assigned to your installation, used to group your activity across sessions. It is not linked to your name, email address, phone number, or advertising identifier
  • Product usage events — for example completing onboarding, starting or finishing a drawing, completing a lesson, or viewing a subscription offer — along with the language, region, platform, and subscription status at the time of the event. These events never contain your pictures or photos
  • The answers you give during onboarding (the kinds of pictures you want to draw and your drawing level), used to personalise the Application and to understand which needs it serves
  • Once per installation, the attribution token Apple provides, used only to know whether an Apple Ads campaign — and which campaign and keyword — led to the install
  • If you contact support from the Application: the topic, your message and the email address you give, so the Service Provider can reply

Usage events are sent to the Service Provider's own analytics service (operated by the Service Provider, not by a third-party analytics company). The Application also reads its settings from the same service, using the random identifier described above. The Application has no accounts and does not use advertising identifiers or third-party advertising.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, contact the Service Provider at contact@apprexy.com and include the support ID shown when you long-press the version number in the Application's settings.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Service Provider does not sell or share personal information. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at contact@apprexy.com.

Third Party Access

The Application uses the following third-party service, which has its own privacy policy:

  • RevenueCat — subscription and purchase processing. RevenueCat receives the random installation identifier, your purchase history from the App Store and the basic device and app information it needs to process purchases; it does not receive your pictures or photos.

Purchases themselves are made through Apple's App Store under Apple's terms and privacy policy.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
  • when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
  • with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information the Service Provider discloses to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

International Data Transfers

The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Stopping collection

You can stop all further collection of information by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling does not automatically delete information that has already been sent; to request deletion, contact the Service Provider at contact@apprexy.com.

Data Retention Policy

  • Usage events: retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance
  • Support messages: retained for as long as needed to answer them, and up to 12 months after
  • Aggregated and anonymized data: retained indefinitely, as it no longer identifies you

Children

The Application is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the higher age required by applicable law) without the consent required by law. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at contact@apprexy.com and it will be deleted.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
